The hotel offered a convenient location close to downtown and just steps from the tram station, markets, and restaurants. Rooms were clean, tidy, and well equipped despite being somewhat small. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and restaurant enhanced the stay. Breakfast was included with good coffee, while additional facilities such as a sauna, steam room for €10, and a free pool were available. New bedsheets and pillow covers contributed to overall cleanliness.
