The hotel offered a clean and modern environment with spacious suites and complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the stay. The pool area was well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds for relaxation. Breakfast provided a good selection, while parking was safe and free. The location was convenient to both the airport and city center, with public transportation nearby.
