The apartments were spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean with modern amenities such as air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. Small touches included free drinks stocked in the fridge and coffee provided on arrival. Noise from outside was effectively blocked by double windows. The building featured an elevator for convenience despite initial concerns about safety for children.
