Helpful owner spoke Russian and assisted with taxi ordering, public transportation cards, SIM cards, and promptly responded to questions. The apartment was clean with a small private garden where laundry dried quickly on an outdoor clothesline in about four hours. The location was very good, right next to the old town and close to many shops, restaurants, bars, and a large park with a new playground for kids.
