The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and multilingual, providing warm welcomes even during late-night check-ins. Rooms were clean and cozy with good WiFi and air conditioning. Breakfast was served with care each morning. The bathroom had been renovated, though minor maintenance issues were noted.
