A free upgrade to a presidential luxury room was provided. The location in the Lara area was great, with comfortable rooms and stable air conditioning. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast included fresh cereals and fruit, though options were limited. Rooms featured balconies with pleasant views, and beds were notably comfortable. Additional hours of late checkout were granted along with luggage storage service.
