The hotel was situated in the heart of the old city, offering a charming atmosphere rich in Ottoman history. Rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and tasteful decoration. Breakfasts were generous and delightful, often enjoyed by the pool area in the inner courtyard. The staff provided outstanding hospitality, including helpful reception service and assistance with parking arrangements.
