The room was very nice and exceptionally clean, with a modern design matching the pictures. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Enes and Anas who provided excellent customer service. The location was great, close to shops and malls. Facilities were good, though the pool could have been larger. Flexible check-in and check-out hours added convenience.
