Friendly staff, especially the manager at reception who made the stay comfortable with good advice and quick issue resolution. The room was bigger than expected with a small kitchenette that had basic utensils, AC that cooled and heated, and 24/7 availability of staff including Nargiz who spoke Russian well. The location was very good, 5-20 minutes walk to the old city center, close to supermarkets, restaurants, bus station and tram to the airport.
