The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to many sights, shops, cafés, and restaurants with a charming marble lobby that was kept perfectly clean every day. The staff at the front desk were always polite and friendly while housekeepers were very helpful and worked until late in the day. The check-in was fast and easy with a high-floor room (#502) that had two large windows, a small balcony, beautiful city/mountain views, and a nicely designed bathroom with a large shower stall and strong water pressure. The breakfast had great Turkish cuisine with fresh fruit, vegetables, and dessert options.
