The apartment was clean with a good set of dishes, cleaning supplies, washing machine, dishwasher with detergents, and well-maintained renovation. The owner was friendly and communication was smooth. Supermarket, pharmacy, taxi stand, bakeries, and restaurants were nearby. Keys were arranged for late arrival without issues.
